i LOVED the beautiful surroundings of the hotel. the staff was friendly. and helpful from the front desk to the bar. It suited all ages with so much to do. i will definitely return with my grandchildren.
the check-in line WAS a bit long, and i waited over an hour. the hotel doesn't offer daily room cleaning, fine for me.

The room was cosy and clean, and the travel cot was provided. the bathroom looked new. I noticed it had ventilation. also, the room had good soundproofing, important for light sleepers like me.

The location was beautiful (it really was). The room included a safe and ironing board.
The hotel room was Very dusty. The walls felt paper thin. I had to pay to rent towels at the swimming pool. I definitely won't be returning to this hotel.

The dinosaur mini golf provided much fun. the game rooms were a hit with my kids. i also liked the seating around the reception. It was a comfortable space for families to gather.
check-in was a bit busy, i waited a short time.

The staff displayed lovely interactions and were accommodating. Reece especially was very helpful. a starbucks coffee stand in the lobby was unexpected and pleasant, it added a nice touch.

a large group of us were there for a family wedding. the wedding at the woodshed and in the function room was really good. there was a lovely grazing table during the day and delicious food at night. rooms were nice and i found the bridal suite gorgeous for getting ready. the hotel was warm, and i had plenty of hot water.
The check-in process was slow. It could benefit from additional staff during peak times.

the breakfast offered many options, including fruit, yogurt, bread, and a selection of hot dishes such as eggs, sausages, and bacon. there were options for juice, coffee, and tea available to all guests.
